Inglis to have scan on elbow

The Cheap Oakleys, Australia and Souths back suffered the injury in the 22nd minute of Saturday night's 24-6 win over Parramatta.

Inglis said after the game he had hyper extended the elbow and it was initially reported as a strained medial ligament.

He iced the elbow at the Rabbitohs' recovery session on Sunday, though he didn't participate.

Wholesale Oakley Sunglasses spokesperson said Inglis presented well at the team medical and would have a precautionary scan.

He didn't want to speculate on the likelihood of the gifted back playing against the Broncos in Brisbane next Friday.

On Saturday night, Souths coach Michael Maguire said he was sure Inglis would be fine for next week's clash.

A heavily bandaged Inglis insisted on playing out the last 58 minutes of Saturday's game and was a strong blue sunglasses to the Rabbitohs' win.

"He said he wasn't coming off so you can't bring him off," Maguire told reporters.

If fit, Inglis could be a contender to play fullback for Queensland in the final State of Origin game.

Cheap Sport Sunglasses has little doubt Inglis could fill the role in the injury-enforced absence of Billy Slater.

"I'm sure Greg can do a great job if he's put back there, he's shown that for us," Maguire said.

He said Inglis had made very good progress in adjusting to the defensive demands of fullback, after playing most of the season there for Souths.

"He works hard at it. He looks at and studies the game and studies where he needs to be," Maguire said.

"That's the Fashion news why he is saving tries and helping out the team in the front line."
